The Madrassa Hostel, Marrakech © simonhowardpoetry@gmail.com Beneath the Moroccan sun so bright, In Marrakech of red and golden light, I found a haven, calm and still, Nestled beside the city's thrill. The Madrassa Hostel opened wide, A welcoming place where travellers reside, With stories shared beneath the sky, And laughter drifting softly by. The call to prayer would gently rise, Floating through warm desert skies, While narrow streets and bustling squares, Wove ancient magic through the air. The scent of spice, the mint tea sweet, The rhythm of countless wandering feet, The colours dancing in every lane, A feast for heart and soul again. By lantern glow as evening came, Each face and voice became a name, Strangers gathered from near and far, Like travellers guided by the same star. And though my journey moves along, The memories linger, proud and strong, For part of me will always stay, In Marrakech's timeless sway. Die Lage sowie das Personal waren wirklich toll! Ein nettes Zimmer und zu Fuß sofort in der Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer hilfsbereit und super zuvorkommend. Auch die anderen Gäste waren allgemein freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das inkludierte Frühstück passt für den Preis.

Bei Ankunft wirkt die Lage des Riads etwas merkwürdig, da die Tür etwas versteckt und die Ungebung nicht so ordentlich ist. Dafür kann das Riad aber nichts. Im Inneren ist es dann wirklich nett und die Lage ist auch perfekt, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Nicht so gut waren die Gemeinschaftsbäder. Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, komfortabel aber eher nicht. Je nach eigenem Standart ist einem das vielleicht zu wenig - für uns war es in Ordnung.

Maybe just the size of the room, it could be a little bigger but still it's just right

スタッフが親切。朝食もついてきておいしい。 出発日は朝が早くて朝食を食べる時間がなかったが、前日に伝えたら用意して持たせてくれた。

トイレもシャワーも外からも鍵が開けれてしまうので、誰かに開けられないか心配だった
