Localización muy céntrica. Habitación humilde pero limpia y correcta. Trato del personal muy cercano y accesibles

Faltarían algunos detalles como jabón de manos, toalla para la zona de aseo de manos. No funcionaba la luz de la zona de espejo y aseo de manos.

Great central location, and very well maintained. Hassan the manager is fantastic, very helpful with any requests or questions, and there is such a friendly atmosphere at Golven. Would happily come back!

Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral, tolles Rooftop für Sonnenuntergang, zuvorkommender Staff.

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber & das Hostel allgemein sehr sehr hellhörig, man hatte das Gefühl auf der Strasse zu schlafen. Ebenfalls hatte es auf dem Rooftop eine Küche, eigentlich sehr toll, aber stets schmutziges Geschirr, das herumstand

Hassan was very friendly and the value for money is really good :)

The staff was amazing, Hassan made our stay even more enjoyable, he was very helpful, welcoming and friendly and there couldn't be a better person around the hostel than him! :) He organized the transfer, welcomed us with a tea and biscuites and informed us about the hostel acitivities too.

We had private room that was lacking the light, sink with a mirror was placed in the dark corner of the room and the light bulb was missing, since I wear lenses I had difficult time putting it in my eyes as I couldn't see much. The window in the room was not closing fully and during the night/in the morning the noises from the street can be disturbing.
