Nothing

We did not have the room which we booked. It was tiny, dirty, mouldy and damp, when we requested for it to be cleaned, we were told that someone would come, then the next day turned up and it had not been touched. We asked again and nothing happened. Toilet seat was broken, shower was broken, there was mould on the ceiling and the sheets hadn’t been cleaned and were covered in blood stains and body hairs. Very disappointing stay
