La atencion del personal

Como sugerencia deberian ampliar el techo de la terraza para que se pueda usar tambien en el dia, ya que en el primer piso se cuenta con muy poco espacio y sillas para estar a la sombra

Las instalaciones espectacular, las recepcionista súper humildes, decentes, con un servicio espectacular.

Que era poco el tiempo que me quede en el hotel jajaja por estar de fiesta.

Nice pool and breakfast area

Maybe some kitchen role would be nice. But not really super affecting my rating :) it was all good.

Loud group of people screaming having a party in their room .. they woke me up .

I liked the decoration, the pool, and the women at the reception. The breakfast was the best I had in 2 months of travelling colombia, super good and big. The beds are super comfortable. The salsa class every night is also super nice to meet people.

The only thing is that there is no hot water in the shower. But it doesn't really impact much as it is so warm outside.

Good location, AC, clean facilities, salsa class, and breakfast included!

The bed curtains were very loud if you bump them accidentally. Nobody explained how breakfast worked. This is kind of niche, but as a woman I was followed back by some guy on the street who wouldn’t leave me alone and it took reception a few minutes to let me in.. I felt uncomfortable not having my own key to get inside.
