Flor de Katty Hostel Airport

Katty is an exceptional host! She made sure I felt at home, even offered me some chamomile, and was great to chat to. She is definitely a hard worker who tries her best to give her guests everything they need. The room was clean, she gave me a separé to have some privacy, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was functional and spacious. In the morning you could see colibrís outside of the window, my first taste of Tico wildlife. Katty helped me book the taxi to my next destination and got up early to make sure I would catch it in time. Very positive experience! I wish her the best and I hope she can retire soon and move to the coast as she told me she would love. Gracias!!

The area is a bit sketchy at night. This has nothing to do with Katty’s efforts of course. On the contrary, she came out to the street to walk me to the entrance. Nothing to fear anyway!

Katty is a really fun character and was so helpful. Great herbs and spices if self catering, cold water in the fridge and a well equipped kitchen. Great location for airport.

We had a quadruple room for two of us….would be very small space for 4. Communal area good though. Great Panaderia very close by

Katy fue muy amable y atenta. Nos indicó donde podíamos dejar el coche toda la noche e incluso nos acompañó a recogerlo por la mañana temprano.

This was my second stay here. Super convenient to the airport and the hospitality of the owner is hard to beat.

De eigenaresse Katty is echt een schat van een mens. Heel zorgzaam & warm. Ze helpt je met rustig aankomen na een lange vliegreis. Ze hielp me met eten bestellen en de bustijden voor de volgende dag opzoeken.

Het is precies perfect zoals het is!
