La decoración es bonita, me encanto el espacio al aire libre donde hicimos yoga. Amplia cocina muy bien equipada. Puntos adicionales para el espacio de belleza en donde nos podemos poner más bonitas. Buena ubicación.

El check-in fue una de las PEORES experiencias que he tenido. Cuando llegué sobre las 12:30 habían unas personas del staff sentadas en la sala de hanging-out y nadie tuvo la amabilidad de indicarme que podía sentarme y poner el equipaje en un cuarto que tienen mientras esperaba a que fueran las 2pm para recibir el espacio que había reservado. La experiencia empieza desde el primer contacto y yo no me sentí bienvenida y lo más impactante de todo es que yo no fui la única que se sintió de esta manera, casi que todas las mujeres que coincidimos en este espacio la misma fecha se sintieron igual, cabe resaltar que teníamos diferentes edades y venimos de diferentes partes del mundo, así que si la mayoría nos sentimos de esta manera eso significa que el servicio al cliente tiene fallas grandísimas. El tour y explicación de las instalaciones fue súper rápido, tienen una actitud horrible, les molesta que uno les pregunte algo. Es una lástima porque el lugar tiene potencial por el concepto, pero realmente desee haber reservado otro lugar sin importar si era mixto (hombres y mujeres). Si mal no recuerdo Vanessa (mujer alta y pie morena) fue quien me ayudó con el check-in. También había una chica con cabello rojo, estatura mediana quien se portó súper grosera con una de las huéspedes. Una sonrisa amable no te quita nada y suma mucho para la experiencia de quienes estamos pagando, esperando lo mínimo que es sentirnos a gusto y bienvenidas.

Schone plek om te verblijven. Mooie keuken, dorms met gordijnen voor de bedden.

Personeel niet erg betrokken bij gasten. Vrijwilligers wellicht wel meer. Vond het zelf niet perse een heel sociaal hostel. Dat het alleen voor vrouwen is, is merkbaar en moet je van houden. Geen spiegel in de badkamer van de dorm.

Beautiful shared spaces, good location, good kitchen to cook in.

As this was a women's hostel I had high expectations but unfortunately they weren't met. Staff weren't always that friendly or smiling. Rooms were not so clean. Bathrooms were average. The whole vibe of the place was not so inviting and friendly as my expectations.

Jeg synes stedet var fint, alt nødvendig utstyr på kjøkken, egne bokser til matvarer(både i kjøleskap og tørrvarer i skap), tilgang på påfyll av vann, soverommene var bra, aircondition der på natta, beliggenheten var utrolig bra

Personalet og frivillige, dårlig service, ved spørsmål om ting var svaret som regel at de skulle sjekke opp eller ikke visste. Opplevde dem som at de bare var der for å være der og ikke bidra til bra miljø(personal og frivillige) eller yte noe service (personal). På et hostel så har man flere faktorer som gruppen som er der samtidig som deg, det var mange fine og flotte gjester, men personal og frivillige har forbedringspotensiale. Jeg fikk melding halvveis i oppholdet om at renholder skulle skifte på sengen min og at jeg skulle fjerne alt mitt slik at hun fikk gjort dette. Jeg gjorde klart og da jeg kom tilbake var det ikke skiftet på sengen. Jeg ga beskjed i resepsjonen og de sa de skulle sjekke opp, neste dag hørte jeg igjen og ble fortalt det samme. Det ble ikke skiftet på sengen i løpet av oppholdet.

I absolutely loved the location of the property. It’s close to everything and the beach. Many restaurants around to eat at, very convenient all around. There’s a kitchen you can access until 10pm which is very nice and can save you money cooking instead of eating out. You can also have a bin to store food in the fridge which I also appreciated. As well as a water refill station, it has cold, warm and room temp water which was nice so I didn’t have to constantly buy a water bottle. A beauty station is included with light up mirrors so when you’re getting ready it’s sooo helpful. The actual beds were comfy as well.

The women only idea was really nice until I didn’t feel very accepted. Anytime I talked to the volunteers or staff they made me feel like I was annoying. The vibe of the volunteers definitely made it seem like they were just there to get to be there and not to help you out or accept you. As somebody whose anxiety used to be through the roof, especially solo traveling, I wouldn’t recommend. As i said the vibes just weren’t accepting at all more from the staff/volunteers. I also didn’t know you had to rent a towel. Wasn’t a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to know especially since I was short on cash. If you don’t have cash the they say u can leave your ID but if you need your ID for something you’re kinda screwed. The bike rentals were also cash only. Again, it’s fine I just wish it was mentioned. also the cleanliness would’ve gotten a 10/10 from me but there were maybe 15 roaches at a time in the bathroom/showers. The roaches were all dead excepted 1 or 2 that would crawl around but i didn’t understand why they left them there as well. Granted we’re in the jungle and the hostel is mostly outdoors but 10-15 roaches at a time feels excessive. It’s a shame because I would’ve loved to join some of the activities they had nightly but they made me feel so unaccepted I opted out of them.
