"Schöner Aufenthalt"

Ein sehr schönes und zweifellos sehenswertes Hotel. Die Gastfreundschaft und hochwertige Ausstattung, Service, Sauberkeit, Hotel Präsentation sind überwältigend. Der Gast ist hier König und es gibt wohl keinen Wunsch dem das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal nicht nachkommt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke nochmal an das gesamte Personal für die schönen Tage.

This is a very nice hotel for the price, the rooms are quite spacious and there are nice bathrooms with rather large 'open' showers in the rooms. It's clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable and the staff very nice. A little bit far from the center, but perfect for the place that I visit there usually. I have stayed there a few times now and will probably always go there when I go to Mannheim. They even offer a free snack at the checkin desk :)

"Sauber und dem Zweck entsprechend sehr gut"

Praktisch und sauber. Gutes Bett zum schlafen, was man im Gewerbegebiet nicht so erwarten würde, wurde positiv überrascht vom gesamten Erscheinungsbild

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Nette Idee, dass man Obst und Snacks gratis bekommt. Trotz der "verkehrsgünstigen" Lage mit vielen Straßen etc. drumherum erstaunlich ruhig. Straßenbahnhaltestelle fast vor der Türe.

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da und trotzdem wurden die Handtücher gewechselt - obwohl wir sie nicht auf den Boden gelegt haben. Bestimmt nett gedacht, aber ökologisch nicht sinnvoll.
