Great and friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable room

The price for a single night was far too expensive, other guests were very loud most the night

I am going to give a genuine review: location is really nice and beautiful, for youth who do not care much about the comfort and heat during winter. Location wise it is probably 9 out of 10 for Hannover, but again not recommended for the adults travelling alone or with family and looking for comfortable place to stay few nights. P.S. It is Hijran Najafov, I am using my cousin’s account to provide review as I used his account to book this place.

There are a lot of amenities that are missing in this place - NOT RECOMMENDED to adults looking for comfort and place with normal room temperature to rest after busy day in Hannover. Some of the missing amenities were mentioned on the description however people might not see it or pay attention to. First thing that was missing was the heating system in the room, it was very cold during autumn and no heating system was provided (even though description of the hotel says heating is available and room photos have central heating system with heat exchangers). The second very important thing that was missing is WIFI in the rooms (it says in description no WIFI, but some people might not see it, so be careful). I believe it is vital to have WIFI in any place you stay these days, it is part of our communication. Only lobby has WIFI, therefore everyone staying in this place were gathering in the lobby for WIFI (speeds were super slow too). Another concern is bathroom does not have soap, shampoo or any other stuff. Beds are not made up, need to make your own bed and strip the bed every time you leave. So, NOT RECOMENDED for adults looking for comfort, do not look only at the location of it, but also check the comforts available. What I did not like the most was the attitude of the Receptionist. I met two different people at reception,first person was very nice and very helpful.The second person I met at reception was asking me to provide postal address in my home and was telling me would not let me stay in the hotel unless I give them the postal address. I told them I already stayed one night and I was not asked for any postal address but I got still refused to be checked in. They told me to go and find another place to stay and that they are not going to let me in. I booked non-refundable room for 3 nights in total. After staying one night I travelled to Dusseldorf and then came back to Hannover after few days to stay another 2 nights and thats when it happened.

Long winded check in process , very basic rooms , no TV , no duvet cover , front doors locked at 11pm , vending machines cash only ..

It's a bit like the school dormitory system. But the breakfast was quite sufficient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they also have a balcony. Bed sheets and textile products are clean. Its location is in nature.

You need to walk for about 10 minutes for public transportation. but it can be reached through a pleasant park.
