Amazing service….they booked the ferry and snorkelling tour for us. I got food poisoning during our stay and they were incredibly kind and gave me some medication to help! The property was very clean and our room was super spacious - comfy bed and great bathroom.

Location - it’s a little bit further out of town but only around 10/15 minute walk and we knew this when booking so not a big issue.

La ubicación, el aseo, la comodidad, el orden, el personal, muy buen colchón , aire acondicionado. Daniel es una persona gentil y atenta, nos ayudó con los tours que resultaron economicos y buenos, pudimos utilizar la nevera y la cocina.

La piscina no se podía utilizar, porque estaba en mantenimiento.

The staff was really nice and room was big.

The hotel is really far from the center, wifi was not good and we found very big cockroach in the room.

"Great stay, a few minor issues"

The room was large, the kitchen facilites were good also & appreciated that they provide drinking water. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to visit some sights. Location is decent, about a 15 minute walk to the main area.

The shower was a little temperamental - once had no hot water and once no water at all - both times was resolved quickly. There was also a minor power cut whilst we were there but wasn’t an issue as it was resolved quickly enough. Providing extra toilet paper would’ve been good as we did run out…

El lugar es amplio y está limpio

El hostel no tiene lockers grandes para guardar por ejemplo computadora aunque es muy tranquilo, y el agua de la ducha fue siempre fría
