The flexibility of the staff. They were willing to let us arrive at 5am. It is also very close to San Blas cafe which is excellent

The showers are difficult to get warm. The noise from outside could not be blocked out because the windows wouldn’t close properly. But I would stay here again.

They were very flexible for us.

Hotel froid et triste ,personnel inexistant,ne communique que par,wathsapp ,la literie à rajeunir autant que l'ensemble de l(hotel un peu immense et sans vie ,Grande chambre avec balcon qui donne sur la rue ,les fenètres ne ferment pas bien et les volets ferment avec un canedas .le quartier étant dangereux ,le personnel nous a conseillé de nous déplacer qu'en taxi méme en journée ,c'est le premier hotel dans le centre historique ou nous rencontrons autant de déconvenue ! il faut chercher le personnel dans les étages supérieurs quand on le trouve ! le matin de notre départ à 7 heures ,il était convenu de nous laisser un sandwich ,ors nous n'avons vu personne ,la porte de la réception étant fermée nous avons laissé les clés sur une table dans le couloir !

shower water is not that good

We were delayed for 24 hours meaning we only had 14 hours in Quito, when this was explained to the staff they took us out for the evening to show us the local highlights! Rooms were huge and very comfortable.

We didn't get to stay longer!

The rooms are spacious and the staff were wonderful. The staff socialized with us in the evening.

No drinking water available and nowhere to make a tea or coffee. The advertised activities (such as cooking classes) were not available.

Really loved this place had a really warmly feel to it and the staff were really friendly and ready to help with anything you needed! The rooms were great nice and spacious! And the also the area on the roof was great nice place to go in the morning to eat breakfast 😀🙏🏻
