Family-run hostel with a very welcoming atmosphere. We stayed here for one night before starting the Quilotoa Loop, and they kindly let us leave our big rucksacks at the hostel for free, which was a huge help for us.

Había cucarachas, la ducha, no había manera de poner el agua templada, salía hirviendo y las cañerías despedían malos olores. Tenia un tapón para que no salga el mal olor

Excelente atendimento por parte da sra. Rocio desde a chegada até a Check-out. Ela colaborou com muitas informações importantes e xícaras de chá quentinho. A cama é bastante confortável. Um local que recomendo.

Booked here 11am last minute after another place messed my reservation up. Everything was ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. Good location at the edge of town so close to facilities but green views from window. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Comfortable warm bed. Great to stay in a purpose built hotel with solid walls so you can't hear other people in their rooms/ coming and going. Wifi was good and there was enough hot water to wash my hair.
