Limpeza, instalações, localização.

Quando cheguei, o check-in in automático nao funcionou e nao tinha nenhum funcionário para atender a mim e a mais 3 hóspedes. Um dele conseguiu falar com um número de telefone indicado num painel de informações e em 20 minutos o funcionário veio. Explicou que o sistema havia sido trocado um dia antes e por isso nao funcionou. Uma boa razão para ter alguém de plantão!

I couldn’t reach them nor by call or in the reception it was no one because I arrived after midnight and couldn’t open the front door because it seemed that my code was expired Please take this into consideration and refund me.
