Please note all guests should present a Hosteling International Card upon arrival. If you do not already have a card, you can purchase one at reception for an additional EUR 5 (under 30s) or EUR 10 (over 30s). If you do not wish to purchase a card, you have to purchase a WELCOME PASS. This is a special card valid for only one month. The price is €1.50 for people under 29 years old and €2.50 for people over 30 years old, payable upon arrival. Spa opening hours are as follows: - Monday to Friday: from 11:30 to 12:30, and from 19:00 to 20:00. - Saturday: from 10:00 to 13:00, and from 17:00 to 21:00. - Sunday: from 10:00 to 13:00. Please note that the Spa will be closed in 2023 until further notice A deposit may be required at the property.

"Aceptable pero engañoso en Booking"

El desayuno sin más, las habitaciones/limpieza son aceptables, el personal es majo. Es barato.

Se anuncia como habitaciones de albergue con acceso a spa, pero ese spa lleva años sin funcionar y actualmente es un centro de acogida de la cruz roja (al menos en la temporada en la que fuimos). Es una gran contra, ya que no es lo que anuncian. Si se anunciase tal cuál es, podría considerarse aceptable en calidad/precio y no habría tantas reseñas negativas.

El edificio, el trato...

Sabemos que todo está "por las nubes", pero 40 euros por persona nos parece excesivo por esa habitación cuádruple.

Que no cogíamos el tren hasta las 3 de la tarde y dejaron que estuviéramos en la habitación después de la hora que debíamos dejar la habitación. Estamos muy agradecidos de la empatía que tuvieron

ubicación y atención del personal.

horario del desayuno, necesidad de algo más de mantenimiento, ( cisterna del baño rota), y algo de ruido por la mañana, la noche bien.
