It was very hot the day we stayed there. Only after much complaining did someone come and turn on our AC unit. We (4 of us in the room) were looking forward to a comfortable nights sleep only to return and find the AC off and windows closed. One of us complained and was told that a lone pilgrim in the room complained that the room was too cold. The person in charge said it would not be turned on. We opened the windows and the hall door to get some air. The complainer returned and closed the windows and door. Some of us did not sleep that night. One went out and sat in the garden.

Place to hang laundry

Was told to take any bed available and yet in the room the lower beds had reserved cards on them. A 72 years old was forced to take the upper bunk bed.

Hostel con buen ambiente

Demasiada gente/camas por habitación. Aire frío continuamente Duchas y servicios escasos y falta de limpieza
