Open House #hostel

Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. Además que está muy bien localizado. Hay muchos lugares principales cerca para conocer. La habitación compartida bien aseada.

*El ventilador de la habitación está en muy malas condiciones y en varias ocasiones se cayó porque no se sostenía bien. *El check in después de las 10 pm hay que pagar.

Very strategic location as it is very close to the Promenade des Anglais (the main beach in Nice), Place Massena, and also within a comfortable walking distance to the Nice-Ville train station. Connections develop quickly and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom, though small, is comfortable. Plus, the hostel provide some beach equipment (beach umbrella, chair, mat) that you can borrow and take to the Beach for free. Truly one of the best hostel in Nice

The best hostel ever! Everytime I stay in Open House, it is such an enriching and unforgettable experience thanks to the genuine kindness, dedication and care of the owner and the personnel, warm, welcoming atmosphere, beautiful decorations, best location close to everything, impeccable cleaniness and the unique opportunity to share and exchange ideas with travellers from all over the world, making new friends from all cultures, which is greatly enriching and recharging. The hostel is managed with heart and you feel instantly welcome and cared for, as a part of a big family. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, 10/10, it's a fantastic experience, the best place to stay in Nice! :)

La posizione vicina alla linea del tram e al parco urbano. Supermercato vicino e cortesia da parte dei ragazzi del personale all'accoglienza e in partenza. La possibilità eventualmente di prolungare il pernottamento offrendosi volontari nell'aiutare lo staff, penso sia una buona idea per i ragazzi in una città cara come Nizza.

stanza troppo piccola per starci in 3 e bagno ancora più piccolo. Stanza un po' rumorosa per la posizione vicina alla strada principale e poco segnale telefonico e wifi, rendeva impossibile telefonare dalla stanza. Assenza di spazi comuni, eccetto la cucina (quasi sempre piena negli orari di cena e colazione). C'era un altro letto nella mia stanza rotto. Un ospite è andato via per questo motivo e il successivo è stato messo in stanza con noi nonostante il letto fosse ancora rotto. Poco professionali e rispettosi in questo. Anche se gli ospiti sono spesso giovani un minimo servizio dovrebbero averlo garantito, anche perché pagano il soggiorno come tutti. Staff rumoroso la sera dopo cena, musica e voce alta nonostante tutti gli ospiti stessero dormendo e molti di loro (me compresa) erano li per impegni di lavoro quindi non avevano tempo e voglia di restare svegli fino a tardi.

This was the first time I visited Nice and the first time I did experience a hostel !! The location was great, just a few minutes walking to beach. Cozy clean rooms, very nice and helpful staffs ( specially the smiley blond lady in reception)

I was thinking breakfast is included, but I did not see any. However, it does not seems an important matter.

Clima rilassato, ma fin troppo!

Pulizia totalmente assente, lenzuola sporche, cucina sporca.
