UPDATE: The property has refused to respond to my messages and follow up, as well as Booking.com's engagement with them. Despite repeated attempts I have still not received the promised refund. Their lack of accountability and complete failure to respond confirm my poor experience. Strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation. ORIGINAL POST: I had to request a clean bottom sheet because they all had signs of use, hair etc. I was staying two nights, my personal bedding and items of clothing that I left on my bed were removed by the cleaner after my first night. A lovely member of the bar team tried to help and provided me with a sleeping bag. The cleaner apparently did not know where he put my things. I was told I would be refunded for the items - I have heard nothing and I have had no response on booking.com. If staying on a Friday and Saturday night be prepared for disrupted sleep as it is a bar & hotel with large groups of drinkers all evening and very poor soundproofing. Not worth it. Find an alternative spot. I’m sadly very disappointed.

Lovely people were dancing happily in a lively atmosphere, creating a warm and joyful scene. Even though it was my first time in the UK on a business trip, they went out of their way to help me—he even provided me with a sleeping bag, something that is usually not offered. They truly were such lovely people.
