"Perfect location nice and down on earth but could benefit from a tidy-up / maintenance"

Perfect location Handy for food and bar on site

I'm not very fussy and used to cheap basic stays but... Door to bathroom wouldn't shut properly Shower not hot and no mat so floor wet from anyone who's been in shower Ideally more electric sockets would have been good but not big issue

Friendly helpful staff. Provided bedding for us as they don't usually. Good bar and food at reasonable prices.

Didn't like the shared toilet in the room. Would rather they were separate to the room

"Sub-par hostel. Had to stay in it because was closest to trail race I was doing but if can avoid, do"

Staff were nice and friendly

bed mattresses were terrible. not that clean. no bedding offered. not much staff around. no place to leave luggage
