The hosts were really nice, and have a lovely dog. The location is great, there’s also thrifts and fruit sellers right outside. Cheapest place we could find with a double bed, and also comes with a kitchen so you can cook yourself. We got offered coffee, Georgian bread, watermelon and could borrow towels for the beach from the hosts so again - expectations exceeded!

We liked everything, however if we’re getting nitpicky - the room gets quite hot at night as Batumi is quite hot.

Everything good. Really nice hosts. The rooms are nice and the Location not far from the centre.

Great location just a short walk from the old city

Very dated fittings and furniture although all the facilities worked it was a bit like staying in a museum of the 1940s

Really friendly owner, the room was clean and comfortable. It's close to the center.

There's only one bathroom for all persons.
