Nice retreat in a rural part of Creta

I was in the top bunk and was really really hot and stuffy, and I am pretty good with the heat, just need a fan or something for some air flow.

Too many beds in one room, no sense of privacy, hard to reach without taxi, expensive for sharing that many beds in one room

It was a really beautiful place to stay! The staff were really lovely and friendly, they made me feel comfortable which was amazing considering the fact I’d just landed in a foreign country in the middle of the night by myself!

Everything felt new and clean, yet with a community atmosphere. Nice garden and pool, easy use of the kitchen with the possibility to buy food and drinks.

If you are on foot, it’s not super easy to get around independently. You can pay for the staff to drop you somewhere around Akrotiri though, and it’s not very expensive.

Authentic politeness & hospitality of the owner/ staff. Home-like cleanliness of all spaces. Comfort of bed/ matress/ pillow. Affordable price. Early-morning/ Late-night nature relaxing feeling.
