so aesthetic, the staff were super nice and helpful

the aircon was not really good, we wait for a couple of hours to get the room to feel cold, as jogja was super hot that day.

not easy to find, missing signs, disco nearby.

we only stayed one night at Sabis homestay. it was clean and comfortable for that purpose. we were warmly welcomed :)

note that the window is opening up to the hallway and not to the outside.

Exceptional especially for the helpful staff, Rika. Kudos to her friendliness and hospitality. Location is great. We like the cleanness and ambiance.

Sadly, we had difficulty finding this property. We turned around twice in prawirotaman area just to find the place. It is literally hidden gem in tourist area of prawirotaman. Suggestion is they have to put up name sign in both side timuran and in prawirotaman. That will surely help visitor to find this hidden gem.

The room was nice, the place was quiet.

For guest house , it’s almost perfect but i hope the floor on parking area they’ll upgrade using block or brick
