We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis. Alcohol, drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting. Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises. Our cafe serves vegetarian food with self-service culture and operates 8 AM–2 PM and 6 PM–11 PM (timings may vary) Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises. For group bookings of 2+ guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 9 AM and 9 PM and are not permitted inside rooms. Female dorms are strictly for female guests only. Local IDs are accepted. No parking is available at the property, but is available 350 meters from the property (paid). Silent hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians. The property is not pet friendly. To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at this property. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Nonsense and faulty app/waste of time procedure!"

The location

I am not sure who implemented (have to order all in app idea) but makes zero sense. Perhaps you're trying to do everything digital, perhaps it's to save on staff salaries or perhaps etc etc but it's not at all clever. Not even the most digitally dependent countries demand the nonsense this hotel/hostel demand. I understand paying the stay directly thru the app. But you demanding, I as your costumer to go to an app to get laundry done or order a drink or food. NO. We "the customers" do not want to deal with your unnecessary /faulty app also perhaps educate yourself more about hospitality. This is not a drive thru or take away or self check in. You have staff and guests want/need to have an easy way of getting things done. For example I went and did my laundry elsewhere, I also went and ate in another places the four days I was at your place. Why... because I couldn't careless about wasting my time with your nonsense app and as I read others comments not just in this branch but everyother hostellier, everyone else is complaining about it. Also it's India not Europe, North America Japan or Korea. Most people here want cash therefore a lot of us carry cash or a tap in card. Difference would be if the app was fast and effective but it's messy and faulty. The time I tried it went completely frozen then I got asked for nonsense info so I deleted immediately. I don't want a bug on my phone. Also if I did my check in and filled all the info on your damn site when I did my payment which you demanded right after booking, why do I have to fill up again all the same stuff in reception? Aren't you paying staff to make the stay of guests easier. Have them to fill it all up if the payment source is not enough and then have the guest to show the id and sign whatever need it.
