We stayed here because of the good reviews on Booking and Google but when we were there in October the place was empty and we were the only ones staying there which felt slightly odd and the place felt slightly deserted. The communal areas were not very clean with full bins and dirty clothes lying around so we wouldn’t have wanted to use them other than the roof terrace which had great views. Only the manager spoke English which meant communicating with staff when he wasn’t there quite difficult. We asked the manager about booking a bus to our next location and helping us get a tuk tuk but he told us to do it ourselves. The shower had hot water but we weren’t shown how to use it until the second day and then it wasn’t very hot. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. If you’re looking to meet other people, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The Rooftop location is good. Good visibility of city from roof. City palace & lake pichola look very beautiful in night from roof. Lot of common are at every floor. Rooms were cleaned.

No common area activity. Property is not well maintained. I booked AC bunk Bed, But i was forced to cancel it by property manager and provided non AC bunk bed for same price. He gave me 2 choice, either no stay or only non AC stay at that price. I had no other option to stay with non AC bunk bed.
