Nothing. It’s as I expected

This accommodation is truly special! The house is 120 years old and feels due to its Portuguese roots very Mediterranean yet the renovations are very well and thoughtfully done and the place is maintained well. The room was not just beautiful but really cozy and finally we entered a place with AC which did smell fresh and airy instead of moldy. The facilities are very clean. But the best is the excellent service! We arrived late yet that wasn’t a problem at all. After a quick check in we head of to Shiva Valley for a legendary party which was no issue at all and the night guard showed us friendly how to open the gate. The surroundings are super safe so we could walk to the venue and after two hours of dancing we happily fell into a really cozy bed. The next day we woke up to a relaxed vibe and got great tips for the area and surroundings. Couldn’t have been better!

Nothing that was not absolutely satisfying.

This was my 2nd stay in the same trip and I am grateful that I booked this cottage! The chirping of the birds!Omg like early in the morning we could hear so many birds chirping all together! It was lovely. I think heard peacocks also among the birds! It was a beautiful old Goan cottage, decorated tastefully. It is bit separate from the main property but only extra 20m walking, not an issue. The outside space was huge and there were just two cottages so enough space to dry clothes and all outside. We would love to come back and stay here for a longer time. The beach was closeby like 3mins walking. The main section of the hostel was lively and you can chill there. Beer can be bought right next shop near the parking area. Overall nice vibes.

The kitchen part within the private cottage could be cleaner. The bathroom could be remodeled aesthetically like the other room, but it is fine.

The room was spacious and huge.It had a nice sit-out area also. Loved the high ceiling of the room, it makes it airy. It was tastefully decorated. There are 3 private rooms bit separate from the main compound but easily accessible. The whole property was beautiful and had lot of areas to sit and chill. Overall loved the vibe. It very close to the Anjuna beach like 3mins walking. On Wednesdays there is Anjuna Flea market right next to the hostel. You can find beer, water 20m from the property, next to their parking area. They also have a small cafe within the premises in case you want to munch on something. Thanks to Abi for his recommendations!

The bathroom door is wonky. Like if you bash it hard it closes, but don't really want to do that. Most of the time it does not close properly.
