HOSTEL CITADELLA

The most comfortable bed in the hostel ever! Great facilities, had almost anything you would need and very well maintained! Loved staying there!

One thing would be great is to have a place to store your luggage after checking out, otherwise wonderful place!

Citadella hostel is very very clean and spacious and has everything you need. If you’re coming to Deva, this is the place to stay!

Free coffee was a nice touch, staff were friendly and the 6 bed dorm had the wifi and comfortable beds. Kitchen was lovely and easy to use - would be great for longer stays as you can properly food prep and there is a good system for the fridge. Communal space is nice though first night I felt I couldn’t use as other guests who were together spread out across the whole thing 😂 almost a hotel vibe rather than hostel but not in a way that is too uncomfortable - you can tell they really put a lot of effort into the place!

I was moved to a larger dorm because it was easier for cleaning for a group coming in (I didn’t mind this!) but the beds in the bigger dorm are not as comfortable and the wifi didn’t reach. Showers are awkward as no door only a curtain and if you don’t army shower then don’t shower at night (or pee) as the lights will go out on you.

Room was clean, parking was available, facilities were good and it was well organised.

No bathroom in the room. Staff weren't there at check-in time so a guest let us in.

One of the best hostels I've ever visited. Maybe because it looked very clean and tastefully decorated. I hope it receives the accolade that it deserves.

Nothing comes to mind

Perfectly clean and recently refurbished hostel. Close to the train/bus station and tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean well equipped kitchen. A comfortable common area inside and also outside to relax in the evening.

A spotless hostel with all the facilities you would need. Nice view of the citadel.

It's minor, but I single bed duvet on a double bed? For two adults it was a bit poor. Spend the money and get the correct size duvet. Bed side tables are a bit hopeless.
