The staff was responsive and very helpful. I forgot some of my stuff there and they were very helpful and honest in communication while I arranged for it to be picked up.

I liked the concept of a common area where u can chill, relax with friends, like play indoors, music or even watch a movie. It also had a work area, where there is silence. The rooms were cool, as was the temperature

The sheets could have been cleaner, or maybe new.

From the welcoming staff, the room was good.

Some rules need a little improvement.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hostel99. The rooms were clean, the environment was peaceful, and the staff was very friendly and supportive. The location was also convenient and overall the stay felt comfortable and worth the price.

Everything was good overall. A few more amenities or faster service during busy hours would make the experience even better.

It is a well maintained property. The staff is helpful. I had a request for early check-in due to my office.Mr. Vishal provided me to use the common area, so I will not get stuck for the check in procedure. It was a smooth check in once I came back from the office. Mr. Rahul was also helpful for easy check out. Thank You.
