Worst front desk staff ever seen.(Rahul) don't know what hospitality means. After the check in process I handed me the locker key and just told this is room on the 2nd floor. Nobody took me to the room, no bare minimum help with carrying luggage of guests to rooms.

I asked for a bucket of water, and that guy directly denied the request. Having a bucket in the bathroom is a very basic thing. Not every person likes to use the shower. No night manager at the property. If you go out after 1.00 am he said u have to jump from gate. We will not open the gate. It has to be mentioned in the booking policy not only in the hostel.
