"Found a great hostel on the coast outside of Taipei"

We were very happy and surprised to find such a private beach in Dong Ao, only an hour and a half away from Taipei. The hostel offered a variety of activities, and we rented a buggy and drove along the coastline. The staff were all friendly and kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. Not to be forgotten is watching the sunset on the beach. The sunset seen from the beach, just 20 meters from the accommodation, will be a memory to last a lifetime.
