تجربتنا في الفندق كانت مميزة جدًا، المكان مريح ونظيف والخدمات على مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية. شكر خاص للأستاذ معتز على حسن تعاونه وذوقه الراقي، فقد كان دائمًا حريصًا على راحتنا وتلبية طلباتنا بابتسامة ومعاملة راقية. بالفعل نشعر بالامتنان وننصح الجميع بتجربة هذا الفندق. شكرا استاذ معتز مرة اخرى 🥰❤️

Tolles Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade beim Zimmer. Die Lage am Rand der Gärten ist vorteilhaft wenn man mit einem Fahrzeug unterwegs ist.

Vielleicht beim Frühstück den Kaffee oder Tee nicht extra berechnen

숙박 기간 동안 공용공간에서 어린 딸이 반복적으로 소리가 나는 장난감을 가지고 놀아 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 그 공용공간은 객실 바로 옆에 있어 투숙객들이 고스란히 소음을 겪을 수밖에 없었습니다. 또한 아침 조식에서 음료를 고르라고 하여 저희는 주스와 커피를 주문했는데, 추가 요금이 있다는 설명은 전혀 하지 않았습니다. 그런데 체크아웃 시 아무런 안내도 없이 비용을 청구했습니다. 이것은 명백히 공정하지 못한 계산이며, 앞으로 방문할 여행자들은 반드시 주의하시길 바랍니다. 덧붙여, 이 추가 비용은 사장이 직접 청구한 것이며, 저희가 이에 대해 지불할 수 없다고 말했을 때 사장은 “불만이 있으면 리뷰에 올리라”고 말했습니다. During our stay, a young daughter was playing in the common area with a toy that made repetitive noises. Since the guest rooms are located right next to this space, it was extremely noisy and disturbing for the guests. At breakfast, we were asked what drinks we would like, so we ordered juice and coffee. There was no explanation that these drinks would incur an additional charge. However, at check-out, the owner billed us without any prior notice. This was clearly an unfair practice, and I strongly warn future travelers to be cautious. To add, the extra charge was made directly by the owner, and when we told him we would not pay for it, he simply said, “If you want to complain, write a review.”

Beautiful quiet the host and staff very helpful and nice . He cooked me dinner, incredible but too much food for me. I recommend this place if you want to relax and get away

A bit far from downtown so you need a ride and the Wifi sometimes weak in the room

花园很大很漂亮。安安静静的院落，可以让人放松！

锡瓦这边灰尘比较大，我们第一晚还碰上了停电，半夜空调又出问题，老板能能及时解决，搞得我们一晚没睡好，第二天碰到给我们准备早餐的大哥，才发现只需重启开关就能解决的空调问题，老板居然不懂，害我们一晚没睡😭

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'endroit est est très beau avec ses jardins et sa piscine. Le personnel est très gentil. Arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Wifi présent dans le salon commun. Rapport qualité prix imbattable

Olive garden house is not a hostel, it is more like a happy home with a beautiful garden which looks like heaven on earth. Owners are very welcoming and make you feel very confortable, even if you don’t stay too long. It is located a little bit out of town but it enables you to discover other beautiful and authentic parts of Siwa. Overall very relaxing and peaceful place with amazing food and beautiful people.
