There was a dead rat in the blanket of one of the rooms that we got. We booked a 4-bed room which was much too small with barely enough space to even stand. Having stayed in many hostels across himachal, I would say the cafe and common areas were extremely subpar. Location was good though, very close to taxi stand and river stream
