The location, nice and peaceful side of the river. The views from top floor, sunrise and sunset. The staff, incredibly friendly and prepared a good breakfast.

Everything was good.

Nasser and his family are wonderful hosts. It's like living at home not in an hotel. Nasser went out of his way to help me and I will visit his family again on my return to Luxor on the 18th. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed,fan and two balconies.

I liked breakfast a lot, it was good. The room was large and the bathroom ok with hot water. The staff were friendly, I like family-run businesses because I like contributing to local communities instead of giving money to international corporations.

Nescafè coffee; they could do fresh coffee, Egypt is famous for good coffee. Why Nescafé? Sometimes there was no water in the bathroom but it later came. It’s a large family with children, so it was very noisy at times, you have to bear it. But at night it’s quiet. The hotel is outdated, but it’s cheap.

I liked the family atmosphere, the children always very friendly and ready to help, Rana very kind woman and of course Nasser, great man, caring and happy to help me out for anything I need.

Really nice and safe place to stay on West Bank in Luxor. Family run hostel and it was really cosy with kids playing. Lovely breakfast in the mornings. Nasser was super helpful with arranging activities and whatever was needed.

Wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Luxor! The breakfast, prepared by the family, was absolutely delightful—especially the fried eggs, which I enjoyed every morning. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us when we arrived, especially after a difficult experience with our driver. His warm hospitality truly made our stay special, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and cozy place to stay in Luxor!

At first we thought it looked a bit run down but we were not expecting the fantastic welcome we got. We were very well looked after, particularly by Nassr, and we had great experiences as they helped us set up and arrange all of our tours and all for fair prices. The breakfast was wonderful each morning and we ate there twice at other times of the day. We can honestly say it was the best food we have had in Egypt.

The room was on the third floor, which played on my knees as I am 56. it was a little dusty at first but as soon as we mentioned it they cleaned it and it was much better.
