Overall a great experience, but arrival process needs improvement. The main area for improvement is the check-in experience. We arrived around 3PM to find the door closed with no one to greet us - only an instruction to contact via WhatsApp. This is problematic for guests who may not have internet access upon arrival, and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth welcome. Additionally, the signage directing guests to reception was quite hard to spot, making it difficult to orient ourselves. - I'd strongly encourage the team to ensure someone is available to greet guests in person during expected arrival times, and to improve the visibility of signage leading to reception. That said, everything else was excellent, thank you for a wonderful stay overall!

Dobra lokalizacja.

The room was generally neglected. It smelled musty and moldy. The mattress was upside down—we had to change everything because the springs were so strongly felt. The bathroom was small. The mechanism for changing the water flow from the rain shower to the hand shower was broken. The toilet seat was damaged. The walls and ceiling were moldy. There was no hook for hanging clothes or towels.

The man in charge was very nice. The bed was unusable , very old mattress, unacceptable and so he gave me a refund.

The bed is unusable so I couldn't stay there. I hope they throw out the mattress and don't sell the room in those conditions to anyone else
