key to the room looked like generic key to every room. I am assuming that if I tried to open other rooms with my key this would also work. Worth to mention that to enter the room one would need to the enter the apartment first with a proper key this time, but still I think I could enter other rooms in my apartment with my key (of course I haven't tried though). So in terms of security, it was not the best.
