The space in the dorm was good. The individual bunk area was good with two power outlets. Very comfortable mattress and good privacy curtains.

The original guy on check in was appalling. He just said there was a problem with the system and we couldn’t check in until 4. By 3.30 there was a big queue. No explanation no offer of a free drink, nothing. People were really annoyed. Eventually when check-in did begin, he then stopped bang on four, because it was the end of his shift. We then had to wait for the woman who took over at 4:15. She was brilliant and all them went very smoothly. The first guy shouldn’t be allowed to deal with the public, he was appalling.

개선점 없음. (Booking.com 에 바라는 점은 아래에 적었음) Booking.com 에 요청하고 싶은거 두 가지. 1) Porto 시에서 모든 숙박시설에 요청하는 1인 1일당 3유로 공지가 (Cash Only) Booking.com 에 되어 있지 않아서 Cash 없는 분들은 ATM 에서 준비해야 한다는 걸 예약시 공지하면 좋겠다. 2) 이 숙소는 45세 이상은 숙박이 안되는 점도 미리 명시해 주면 좋겠다. Walk in 으로 들어온 분중 나이와 밤에 숙소 라운지에서 커뮤니티 행사가 았다는걸 알고는 그냥 나가는 경우를 봤다.

Fantastic location just below the cathedral and close to the train and metro station. Lovely old building, beautifully refitted. We had a spacious private room with en suite bathroom, everything of good quality. Quiet, despite the lively area. Staff welcoming and helpful. Comfortable community areas.

The optional breakfast (5 euros) was adequate rather than amazing. More yoghurt and fruit, please!

Da wir Pilger waren, war der Standort des Hostels ideal. Die Kathedrale von Porto war in der Nähe des Hostels.🙂

Esperienza fantastica! L’ostello si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare il centro città. L’ambiente è giovane e vivace, con uno staff simpatico, accogliente e sempre disponibile. L’area comune è molto confortevole e favorisce la socializzazione, mentre la cucina è ben attrezzata. La colazione è abbondante, di qualità e a un prezzo conveniente. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’offerta di sangria nelle ore serali, un’iniziativa che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera allegra e conviviale. L’ostello è frequentato da molti giovani viaggiatori, ideale per chi desidera fare nuove conoscenze. Molto utile anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. Infine, i bagni erano sempre puliti e ben mantenuti. Consigliatissimo!
