In città non si può girare in macchina, quindi per portare le valigie e raggiungere la location bisogna fare 10 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio

The kitchen has everything you need and the terrace has a wonderful view, especially at sunset. Friendly atmosphere between everyone.

There was no towel in the toilet to dry your hands after washing them (on the one hand it seems like nothing crazy, but there could have been one towel for all guests in the toilet for their hands)

Tolle zentrale Lage in altem historischem Haus, liebevoll und mit Bedacht an den Bedürfnissen der Reisenden ausgerichtet. Tolle Dachterrasse!

Ganz oben sind der Eingang zum Einzelzimmer und zur Dachterrasse sehr niedrig, also für lange Leute wie mich (1,92) eher problematisch - man muss sich schon sehr zusammenfalten...

Very disappointing experience. The photos on Booking.com are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. There is no proper parking available, despite what is implied. The nearest parking is about 1.5 km away, which is extremely inconvenient—especially with luggage. I had to pay around €30 extra for a garage. If I had known this in advance, I would have chosen to stay outside of Piran. The host is unresponsive and does not answer calls, which makes things even more frustrating when you need help. The facilities are very poor. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, cleanliness is below standard, and no basic amenities are provided—no towels, no soap, not even a simple glass in the kitchen. Charging extra for towels is unacceptable. Security also feels weak, which is concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It might only suit very low-budget solo travelers with minimal expectations—otherwise, best to avoid.
