Great family very helpful Plenty of advice to get around and know what to do in Sapa Nice Xmas BBQ shared with family and people staying in the hostel. Electric blanket

Cold room but a nice electric blanket was provided.

Everything was really nice. The room was super clean, bathroom fully equipped and we even had heated mattresses!!! We were also upgraded to a three bed room. The owners are happy to help with every question you might have and the laundry service was also very good.

As already mentioned, there is a construction site right next door at the moment. However, this is not the owner's fault and thanks to the superb and ultra comfy bed that didn't get us out of bed earlier anyway :)

"Helpful staff, excellent location and super comfortable beds."

The staff were incredibly helpful. They helped us book tickets to Fanispan and gave us terrific restaurant suggestion. After we booked out we left our luggage and hiked. When we collected our luggage we had trouble with a transfer and the staff resolved our issue and got us a new transfer. They went above and beyond to help us out. The location was excellent too, walking to everything.

Great bunks with heated blankets which was nice. I stayed for a week and most days my bedding was changed which was a nice touch. The best part however was the manager Hoàng who was super friendly and helpful, always happy to have a chat. My bike broke down when I was heading to the hostel so I contacted Hoàng who within a few minutes arranged for a good mechanic to come a pick me up and sort me out.

The lockers were a bit tricky to lock when cold

Fantastic host who spoke really good English and able to advise and organise things for you. Hostel was lovely and clean and I loved that there was an electric blanket to use on the bed, so cosy. I extended my stay from 1 to 3 nights. Good location with hikes to villages in the valley from the door.

"Great value for the money"

Big rooms. Mattress warmer. Very helpful staff. We booked one night, and decided to book it again for two more nights. Great value for the money.

We were here in ending of november. Cold in the room without possibility to heat it up.
