Canggu Chill Surf & Stay

first of all, it's very cheap to stay and cleaness is epic. the cleaning lady made my bed everyday and all facilities are super organized. moreover, the owner, Ipul and staff, Rebecca are so nice to accomodate guests. the hostel is super chill, which means that if you don't want a party hostel with music all day, it is the perfect place for ya. And Ipul is the best surf instructor and cook. When he goes fishing, he cooks for everybody to enjoy dinner.

Location was great. I was within walking distance to a lot of great spots. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable too. I ended up booking a surfing lesson through them which was so much fun. I liked that there was a private bathroom in a dorm of 4 which was very convenient. I had a wonderful stay.

Nice location

Not hygienic, the toilet and bathroom icks me so much that I changed my stay somewhere else after one night (the two photos attached basically summarised the hygiene situation in the room). Also the hostel admin is not very responsive on booking.com after you check in. Most of the time there is no one at reception.

I don't know why it has so many good reviews. The dorm was too small and dirty, You have to hold your breath every time you go inside the toilet. Thank god I booked it for just one night.

Nice clean hostel in a good location, rooms were great and beds were private and comfortable with curtains! Good value for money :)

None of the lockers in our room locked

EVERYTHING about this hostel is perfect! As a solo traveler I’ve been to many and this was so clean! The vibe was amazing, sharing food, cooking and singing together with the owner and his local friends felt like the real traveler experience! Oh and they do surf lessons which I can highly recommend! Great stay and defo extending 🙌

Nothing at all! It’s THE BEST

The place was the absolute peace! I really enjoyed the stay, the bed was very comfortable, there is AC, private bathroom for room of 4 beds only, equipped kitchen and free water! Moreover, it is a great location not far from the beach, close by cafes and restaurants. Chill Hostel is must go!

The location is pretty nice.

The place as well as the owner were both a 10/10. I couldn’t recommend more staying there if you were in canggu. The hostel is located near so many nice restaurants/gym/yoga and coworking spaces. Just ideal
