It is okay for the price, the beds ary comfy, I would have liked the vibe if my stay didn’t have a bad start…

The check-in and getting in is not possible for those arriving after 22.30. I think they should have offered something to solve my problem, as my train was scheduled for later and I wrote them about it. I never ever had this situation before - even if there was no reception, other places would always figure out something for the late arrivals. This is definitely something to improve. They called me to offer to wait for me 15 more minutes, that was nice, but when it turned out that I will still not make it, instead of offering to modify my booking (which the next day another receptionnist did without even asking), she said that I will still have to pay for the night (also without asking). No electricity plugs near the upper beds.
