City Pass Da Lat

Clean and spacious. Best location . Walk to shopping and ATM. Fresh vegetables right outside.

The owner is very nice. She helped me to organise my trip and showed my interested places in Dalat. The room was large and I felt like at home.

It is close to city center

Bed and bathroom wasn’t clean and even there was no toilet paper.

4.5 / 5 Stars* I recently stayed at City pass Dalat and had a great & positive experience. The hotel was clean, maintained and located in a quiet area close to the bakery, cafe, lake and markets , and the owner girl (forgot to ask her name 😔) was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

However, I did notice that my room could have been cleaner. There were some minor cleaning issues that surprised me.

Rooms were very dirty, and the hotel owner cane in to fix a light meanwhile we were napping, I asked him to come back later, but he still went in and did it, I think that should never happen, especially for the fact that all the light were working except that one and we never asked him to fix it

The owner is nice. But the dorm and the house itself is so dirty, not clean and messy. Also I rented a bike but had to pay twice price, because they don’t count as 24 hours as it used to in other places. But for its cheap price it’s ok

Not clean, no toilet papers, messy, there were trash under my bed

The owner is friendly, he gives you towel and blanket. You can rent a motorbike and make the laundry. Good for the price.

The room is quite small and there's no locker. In 2 days I didn't see any soap and toilet paper.
