Please note that guests must be a member of Hosteling International (HI) or the Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk (German Youth Hostel Association). Membership can be applied for either online (on the page of the German Youth Hostel Association) in advance or else upon arrival. This annual membership costs EUR 27.50 for individual guests or families resident in Germanyonly EUR 7.00 for single people under 27 years. International guests pay a membership fee of EUR 3.50 per night for the first 6 nights to get a year membership. Alternatively, a guest card with international and immediate validity for EUR 18.00 can be purchased for international guests. All accommodations rates include breakfast and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. Please note that the hostel is closed between 23:00 and 07:30. Check-in at weekends or on public holidays is only possible from 16:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

チェックイン/アウト時のスタッフ皆さんの対応がとても親切で、オクトーバーフェスト会場までのバス/電車の案内や深夜門限を超えての入館方法までメモ書き説明してくれてありがたかったです。 1泊だけでしたが、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもして頂けてオクトーバーフェストを夜&昼十分に楽しむことができました。 部屋は清潔で広く、朝食は基本的なメニューながらも質と量は共に十分で充実した旅行のスタートを切ることができました。

男性用シャワー&トイレの室内灯が人感センサで点灯するようになってますが、私が夜間にシャワー&トイレを利用中に自動消灯してしまって不便でした。いずれも他の利用者がいないことを確認してから裸のままセンサの下へ行って点灯させて解決しました (^^; 手動スイッチでon/offできると良いですね。
