Elegimos este alojamiento por sus buenas reseñas, pero nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Llegamos a las 7:00 de la mañana y preguntamos si existía la posibilidad de realizar el check-in anticipado. Antes de nuestra llegada ya habíamos consultado esta opción en dos ocasiones a través de Booking, recibiendo únicamente la respuesta automatizada de que dependería de la disponibilidad. Al llegar, nos informaron de que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible y nos ofrecieron una habitación con baño compartido. Decidimos esperar hasta la hora oficial del check-in (14:00) para acceder a la habitación que habíamos reservado, la cual contaba con baño privado. Sin embargo, nuestra sorpresa fue que, al regresar por la tarde, nos comunicaron que la habitación reservada seguía ocupada y nos ofrecieron nuevamente una habitación sin baño privado. Esta situación nos pareció muy poco profesional, ya que habíamos realizado una reserva específica y en ningún momento se nos garantizó una solución adecuada. La sensación que nos quedó es que la gestión de las reservas fue deficiente o, directamente, que la habitación reservada no existia. Por nuestra experiencia, no recomendaríamos este alojamiento.

"Overall, we had an excellent stay at Horn Ok Hostel Jaipur! The property is very clean, and the common hall is fantastic—complete with games and a swinging chair that we were even allowed to use after checkout. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our time there. However, the major downside was the lack of a complimentary drinking water facility. We had to pay for every individual 1-liter bottle, which turned out to be a worst experience for us. Jaipur is an incredibly hot city, and travelers need to stay constantly hydrated. Paying per bottle gets very expensive, especially if you are traveling in a group. It’s a wonderful hostel with great amenities, but they really need to provide free or affordable filtered refill water for their guests."
