Me cobraron por el hotel y cuando llegamos no nos dieron las instrucciones y me robaron el dinero nos tocó dormir en la calle nadie nos contestó ni mensajes tampoco por el correo electrónico ni las llamadas por teléfono total se robaron el dinero

Pagamos las habitaciones y se robaron el dinero los del hotel no respondieron no mandaron las instrucciones quiero un reembolso ya que me tocó dormir en la calle

Nothing was there to like, the experience was awful.

I strongly advise against staying here. I received a different room from the one I had reserved. Switching rooms was not an option as the hotel was fully booked. The window blinds in my room were torn off, making it impossible to cover the windows. The furniture was broken and deteriorated. The beds had broken slats, the bed linen had holes, the tablecloths were ripped, and the overall cleanliness was poor. A foul odor permeates the entire building. The bathrooms are dark, flooded, and left uncleaned.
