I like how accessible the hotel is.

The staff was not accommodating. It took me 5 times to go and up and down for my request to be granted. There's no sufficient staff support. The bedsheets are not clean and the restroom was not designed properly.

it was very secure and safe, and the rooms are very clean although facilities are a bit dated inside. the staff are very polite and helpful

the location is far from the malls and public transportation but we can take grab taxis
