Awesome location

Manly they have a good community rep, there are friendly restaurant staff, and a good culture of sociability in the canteen. I've added an extra point to facilities because the sunset trip they had running was brilliant.

The check-in process and Wi-Fi access at the reception were frustratingly slow and disorganized. I arrived late in the evening with simple tasks: get settled and access Wi-Fi to book travel. Despite being kindly invited to see the sunset as I arrived by the rep, checking in after proved difficult due to inefficient staff and technical issues with their portal. After long waits and confusing sign-in procedures, where all of the work was my responsibility, I couldn’t use the Wi-Fi to make the bookings I needed to do for my onward step. When seeking help at reception, I encountered more delays from the next staff member on shift, and unclear information about the Wi-Fi code. Overall, it was disruptive and caused me to stay up later than planned. That said, part of my issue was that mobile data was too expensive for me in India as a foreigner, the process is prob probably much easier for guests arriving who have reliable data in India, as they would have no doubt been sent all the check in stuff in advance and someone with a mobile connection could have arrived already checked in. Perhaps an alternative option for those without data, such as a paper form, and also the WIFI written on a sign at reception, could help

Très bon séjour dans cet hostel très moderne. La cuisine est excellente avec du choix et possibilités d’adaptation (j’ai demandé du yaourt avec le muesli au lieu du lait et cela n’a posé aucun problème, par exemple). Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. Les chambres en dortoir sont spacieuses et propres.

Check in procedure involves time seeking in which we self do complete the online procedure. The receptionist is nothing doing anything he just share you the link. Another very bad thing is the images shown in the booking.com are another than the actual dorms and beds. So this is actionable as per consumer law. Hot water is not coming at any time. No towels are provided in the booking. They are asking 200 rupees extra for towels. The ambience the dorm is very very scariest because it was very very dark theme and interior is not good. Also the bathroom involves unnecessary mirrors. Breakfast in the hostell is very very costly which is three times the normal value. And at last the checkout the person is asking for review he ask to give your mobile to him and he will review himself. So I would not recommend this hosteller. Never go paying too high.
