Nono teru Narita

The location was easy to find. Their were lots of amenity goods available for use and had everything you needed. There were only 2-3 other guest so the place was peaceful and quiet.

The staff is not friendly and very rude. The older lady needs to work on customer experience and was yelling at guests. She is not respectful.

Breakfast and refund for two duplicated bookings.

Staff did not kow or did not say where the female/male classification was located on the App. So after a difficult journey I had to sit outside and try to find the problem (i.e. I had nominated male with Booking.com, but didn't know then that there were different adds for male and female dormitories). It would have been so much easier if staff pointed that out.

Good value.

Not so convenient for public transport to the airport.

個人空間意外的大，提供早餐、毛巾、牙刷和水這些備品也蠻意外的。 浴室也很乾淨。

L'accueil de la gérante, le ménage fait régulièrement, le rapport qualité prix, la disponibilité en cas de besoin. Proche de la gare à pieds, de konbini et d'un supermarché, c'était vraiment bien.

Je suis resté 11 jours, forcément on rencontre des gens qu'on n'apprécie pas, mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'établissement.
