Super comfortable beds and pillow this is hard to find at backpackers the little bed assigned felt very private and staff was super friendly!

There was no option to buy shampoo or soap on the counter

Very good location, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, excellent art taste and design for public area.

My room is in the ground floor, it’s humid and smelly, and the kitchen facilities are not in the decent condition. Though you can use other floors facilities, if the ground floor could be improved, it gonna be perfect accommodation.

Great setup with 4-bed female dorm, including cubby/light/powerpoint above the bedhead, privacy curtain etc. Also handy having our own bathroom. Rooftop space was lovely. Lots of bathrooms/showers available if needed.

Very minor thing is that some of the sharp knives in kitchen were broken, would have been good to have some smaller sharp knives as well.

Helpfulness and courteousness of the staff

Location

This place is a joke. They have some old staff (maybe 10 years old) in the kitchen cupboards which have been overtaken by mice and have tonnes of droppings there and horrible smell. This is the place where people are preparing their food and sleep in the rooms around. Most of the furniture in the kitchen is falling apart and is dirty. Not sure how they are still open. I wouldn't stay there again even if they would pay me. Staff was not dealing with the issue despite of knowing about it.
