Good location with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. Reasonable value for money. Basic facilities were adequate for a short stay.

The check-in and check-out process is unnecessarily complicated. Guests must walk several blocks away from the hostel to collect and return the keys, which is inconvenient, especially when arriving with luggage or after a long journey. A €5 key deposit is required in cash only. Many travellers no longer carry cash, and this policy feels outdated. A card pre-authorisation would be much more practical. Because I did not have cash, I had to spend additional time finding an ATM and withdrawing money. The ATM only dispensed €20 notes, resulting in a much larger amount being held as the deposit. Communication and support during the stay could be improved. When issues arose, assistance was not readily available. The sink in the room/bathroom was clogged. Having to make a separate trip for both check-in and check-out creates unnecessary hassle and takes away from the overall guest experience.
