Staff were very friendly. I was lucky enough to have a room to myself for one night and with a door I could lock. Some very basic breakfast was included which was nice.

I was really disappointed to find that I was given an entirely different room to the one I booked, a very different style with no natural light, located right by the reception and communal areas. I would’ve appreciated an explanation why this happened.
