Hostel Gliwice Centrum PARKING

Śmierdzi wszystko, poduszki śmierdzą zgniłym praniem, śmierdzi potem męskim. W prysznicu leciała zimna woda. Podejrzewam że pościel nie była w ogóle prana po poprzednich gościach. Za taką cenę czyli ( 800zl) są to warunki nie akceptowalne. Mydło W KOSTCE dla wszystkich gości rzucone randomowo na umywalkę. Brak jakiegokolwiek komfortu. Nie było nawet ręczników przygotowanych dla gości.

Nie jest to najbardziej czysty i przyjemny hostel, ale jeśli tak jak ja nie masz innego wyboru to można przenocować 1-2 dni.

Przed przybyciem nie dostałam instrukcji jak się dostać, okazało się że nie ma osoby na recepcji i musiałam dzwonić z pytaniem o dostęp, na szczęście nie przyjeżdżałam w nocy i ktoś odebrał telefon od razu.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą.

It is very close to the PreZero arena where I came for a concert. And also it is in the center. It was very clean and tidy.

There is NO staff, I just met 3other guests in the doorway telling me that I have to CALL them to get checked in. Well, I have not received any phone number or information on this whatsoever. I do not know how dare they having a hostel with no reception. I arrived at the hostel at 1pm, 2 hours before check in time, and the person on the phone told me I sohluld call back at 3pm, bc my room isnt even ready. I waited there 2 hours, called at 3pm and be ensured, no one has moved or cleaned in there between 1pm and 3pm, my room was perfectly ready when I arrived. If you have a hostel and a guest arrives at a time when the room is ready you LET THEM IN. This was unecceptable. Also when I showered the water was ICE COLD, and they dont give you a towel. Other than this it is an okay hostel, everything was clean, so if you come here just get ready that you have to call them, and only at 3pm. Once you have the keys its a good hostel and very good price.
