Duet Hostel & Hotel

The coffee shop is such a great place to hang out. Very relaxing and great food!

The shower (first thing in the morning) was quite cold. But, nothing to really complain about as we loved the place.

The room was ok. The Kyrgyz Music Show was wonderful. The staff were great.

No bidet. Room could use a fan during summer.

The cafe for diner and breakfast was great very tasty food. Nice shower and we even had a badtub.

A bit noisy because of the busy street but if you close the window it's fine.

Staff were generally very nice.

Owner bops around looking like a Vietnamese scam artist. Always seems to point you to the most expensive options. Needs to manage the spot a bit better. In the hostel the beds are uncomfortable and lockers falling apart.

창문열면 1층에서 다른 손님들이 담배피는 냄새가 들어옴.

Awesome spot - as soon as I walked into the meeting point, I felt "at home" - it's a great spot for backpackers and to meet others. The Duet hostel and meeting point cafe come as one - great places to eat, meet, chill and arrange activities. Tolhenfood is ace. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great set up. Can leave your bags while hiking, they'll help arrange transport to/from the hostel and full of tips and support for your stay. They have a notice board to link up with other travellers which is a great idea

I think if they continue to invest and modernise the rooms (add Aircon) this place will remain a staple on the Kyrgyzstan backpacking trail
