No hot water for the shower

Location and price. Great bathroom and kitchen that included dishwasher and big fridge.

Few broken furniture pieces, uncomfortable beds and noise level outside (although it was very close to the city centre so was expected).

Fantastic location that’s just outside the old town, around the corner from a great farmer’s market and it’s close to the train station and a tram stop. The property has all the items you need for a comfortable stay; clean linens, towels, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, various pots and pans, a washing machine, a good desk, a TV, and an elevator to get up to it on level 3.

Minor drainage issues in both kitchen and bathroom sinks.

The location of the property and availability of public transport to access all parts of Krakow.

Blinds were needed in the lounge area to be able to block out some light to sleep. (In summer, the sun was rising from 4.30am)

Great location. Cosy and clean apartment. Double bed was comfortable.

A few tablets for the washing machine would be appreciated, if available. As we arrived late at night, we would also appreciate for some tea bags and instant coffee . Single bed was not very comfortable .

It was nice and central but much different from the photos on the website. It have only one small queen bed and not 2 double beds as on the description or on the photos

Not comfortable beds for 5 people

Breakfast was not provided but apartment had excellent cooking facilities. It was great value. Right beside one of the nicest Markets that I have ever seen. I am a Market lover. Five minute walk to Kraków’s central square. I would highly recommend this apartment.

There was a bit of a problem with the door lock. The owner looked after it.location was fantastic. Cleanliness was excellent. Kitchen, bathroom was great. Excellent value.
